27, Mar 2007: Implemented new game moderation system. 'Problems' are no longer sent directly to Staff, they are sent to all 'Game Moderators' instead (which includes Staff though). 'Game Moderators' have a separate login to view the messages and respond to them; implemented game moderator interface, ranks, preferences and mailboxes. All messages sent to/from a game moderator can always be seen by all moderators (in particular, by Staff). Made it simpler for players to reply to game moderator messages. Added moderator tips.
